1/2cPear nectar
1/2ctLemon yogurt
1/2cLemon sherbet
1/2cChopped pear
1/4cEgg substitute (no raw eggs)

One of several tasty ideas to make getting enough calories and protein easy. They are a great way to get the nutrition you need even when you're not feeling well.

Combine in blender. Approximately 240 calories, 6 gm. protein per cup.
